Nick and Whitney: Engagements

Yesterday, I had the most fun shooting Nick and Whitney's engagements! I've known Nick for a few years now. I first met him when he attended the college I work for. He's helped me move houses a time or two, and I gladly paid him with a home cooked meal! I have only known Whitney for, hmmm....a year and a half maybe?? Anyway, I feel like I've known her a lot longer than that, and she is really fun to sing with! Since they are both good friends of mine, we took our time and played along the way! They are both beautiful people and have no trouble acting goofy, so it made for some great pictures!! Here are a "few" of my favorites. I had a little trouble narrowing it down. LOL! Who knew that Burns Park had this really awesome covered bridge?!? I didn't! I don't know if it was Nick's or Whitney's idea (I'll let them fight over that one), but I am so glad they suggested it! It is so cool!!

I'm pretty sure this totally felt awkward, but it turned out for a super cool pic. I like this one!

Nick and Whitney: Thanks so much for letting me have the opportunity to take your engagment pictures! I love you both so very much and am super excited about your wedding. I wish you both the very best! :)

These are really cute! I've been to the covered-bridge before but kind of forgot about it as an option for pictures. I'll definitely be keeping that in mind.

Lindsey-
For some reason, my blogger isn't sending me email notices of blog comments, so I JUST now saw your comment. Thanks for the comment!
Don't you just LOVE that location for pics?! You did a fabulous job with this session--super creative poses and fun edits. I love seeing how different photographers can go to the exact same spot and come up with completely different shots! The feet shot is also my fave!
