Emma

Meet Emma. She is 3 months old. Emma was born 2 months early, so she SHOULD be about a month old. I don't know if you remember Noah or Brady, but she is another cousin to those two. She was such a sweetie for our shoot! Here are some fun shots of her.Love this one of her wrapped up!And I think we just about wore her our. This was one of the last pictures I took - caught a yawn!
Melissa, I'm so glad you asked me to take Emma's pictures! I had a lot of fun, and I can't wait for the chance to get her, Noah, and Brady all together! :)

Webb Family....Est. 1949

I got to drive to a little community right outside of Lonoke on Sunday afternoon to shoot this fun family! It was a sunny day. We were out on a rural highway. I had my radio up and my sunglasses on.....needless to say, I was exceeding the speed limit just a tad! lol! But, it was such a fun drive, I couldn't help it! Plus, the girl I was following has a lead foot, legend has it! ;) Here are a few from the day.

I LOVED this magnolia tree!!!
And here is who started it all!
Webbs, thanks for letting me capture such a great time in your family's history! I had lots of fun, the day was gorgeous and was great for a shoot, and you all reminded me of my own family! I hope you enjoy your sneak peak!

Asa & Trista: Engagements

Trista is in my Sunday School Class. She met Asa through a set up by her sister and brother-in-law. They met, dated, fell in love, and got engaged! Asa is in the military and is about to be deployed to Iraq. He's been away for training, but got to come home for a couple weeks before leaving for a long time, so we squeezed in an engagement session for them before he left. We had lots of fun, and got some great shots from the day! Here are a few of my favorites. Trist got these shoes just for the shoot. I LOVE them! So cute!! :)Seriously fierce.....My absolute favorite from the day - great light, great looks, great everything!
Asa, it was great meeting you! Trista, I'm so glad you had so much fun! I can't wait for your bridals and your wedding! I wish you two the very best life can bring! :)

Liz: Bridal

I met Liz at this amazing home in downtown Little Rock on Saturday. Yes, I spent my Valentine's day with an engaged couple and a bride. ha ha! :) She, her cousing Lindsay, and I had lots of fun exploring the amazing rooms in this house, and I LOVED the light in there! So great! You gotta love old houses and all the windows! Liz, of course, looked stunning in her lace gown and veil. Here are some of my favorites from the day.
I love the effect of this one. Once again - great light. The entry way was white marble with black accents - perfect for bridals.
In case you couldn't tell, I'm sort of in love with this bouquet. LOVED the pink! And Liz had the marvelous idea of shooting around this piano. The two photos below are my absolute favorites!
Liz, once again, it was great seeing you! You did wonderfully for these shots, and you looked beautiful! Thanks for letting me in on your day! Hope you enjoy these!

Nick and Whitney: Engagements

Yesterday, I had the most fun shooting Nick and Whitney's engagements! I've known Nick for a few years now. I first met him when he attended the college I work for. He's helped me move houses a time or two, and I gladly paid him with a home cooked meal! I have only known Whitney for, hmmm....a year and a half maybe?? Anyway, I feel like I've known her a lot longer than that, and she is really fun to sing with! Since they are both good friends of mine, we took our time and played along the way! They are both beautiful people and have no trouble acting goofy, so it made for some great pictures!! Here are a "few" of my favorites. I had a little trouble narrowing it down. LOL! Who knew that Burns Park had this really awesome covered bridge?!? I didn't! I don't know if it was Nick's or Whitney's idea (I'll let them fight over that one), but I am so glad they suggested it! It is so cool!!

I'm pretty sure this totally felt awkward, but it turned out for a super cool pic. I like this one!

Nick and Whitney: Thanks so much for letting me have the opportunity to take your engagment pictures! I love you both so very much and am super excited about your wedding. I wish you both the very best! :)
