Taylor & Nathan: Engaged!

I don't shoot weddings anymore, but when sweet friends get engaged, of course I agree to shoot their events!!  :)  I've known Taylor for a long long time, and Nathan ever since he and Taylor started dating.  They are such a fun couple, and I had a great time shooting their engagements last weekend, despite the VERY chilly day!!  :)  Enjoy a few of my faves!!

Spring Special / Adoption Fundraiser

SPRING SPECIAL Announcement!! :) Once again, someone close to me has chosen to pursue the path of adoption. If you don't know, I am kind of a little obsessed with the idea of adoption, and I can't think of a better way to add to your family and example the love of God in the life of a Christian. It's a perfect picture of his love for us, as He made us His children in the same way! Nick & Whitney Weaver have chosen to adopt from Ethiopia (another thing close to my heart), and I want to do what I can to help them raise a little money! So, I will be doing another Adoption Fund Raiser!! Woo Hoo!! Get Excited!!

The Deal: A Mini Session (can be multiple people) and a disc of high resolution images (20-25) with printing rights.

The Price: $100 donation to the Weaver adoption fund (this package is normally a $190 value, so you are saving almost 50%!)

The Details: There are only 15 spots available. A spot/date will not be saved for you until I get confirmation of your payment. Sessions can be used any time during the 2013 calendar year - so if you want to buy now for a session in the fall for Christmas card pics - perfect! :) Shoots must take place in the general Conway area.

Michael & Jennifer: Engaged

Michael and Jen are both in PT school, but can see the light at the end of the tunnel!  They plan to get married some time this fall on an exotic sandy beach.  Yesterday, we met for their engagement shoot, and got lots of great shots!  Enjoy some of my favorites!

Golden Hour Special

Lately, I've been obsessed with "Golden Hour" light.  That last hour - hour and a half before sunset when everything is this beautiful golden hazy color.  Things that are otherwise unattractive somehow become lovely.  Lines are softened.  A simple leaf on a tree, an ordinary leaf, becomes magical.  :)  I want to take pictures of everything!!  Uh, yeah.....I'm a little obsessed.  :)

Kelli and I take turns shooting each other.....with a camera of course, so a couple weeks ago, I headed out to this lovely location to catch a few shots of this lovely couple!  They are so much fun.  This location is beautiful.  This light?  Well, I would totally buy it dinner and take it to a movie, and probably for coffee afterwards.  LOVE!  K....I will stop being creepy.  Enjoy a few of my faves!!

Announcing new "Luxe" die cut cards and Pearl Finish Paper!!  Some new things going on this year, and I wanted to announce them early!

Andy & Brooke: Engaged!

I met Andy and Brooke (and Hunter and Clay) at Woolly Hollow State Park Friday afternoon for some engagement shots.  I have never been there, but am so glad I went!  It is beautiful!  Especially this time of year!  We had fun and got a lot of great shots while we were at it.  :)  Enjoy a few of my faves!

Joe & Christina: Engaged!

Last shoot for Saturday was Joe and Christina's engagements.  3rd shoot for Christina.  2nd shoot for Joe.  And it was getting a little chilly.  But they were troopers and hung in there for me!  Who knew down town Helena had so many cool places to shoot?!?  I LOVE the ones by the brick wall with the fall leaves growing up it!!  :)  Enjoy!
