Bryce

As I take more and more pictures, I have begun to notice how blessed I am. Blessed because I have the opportunity to reunite and visit with wonderful friends! Blessed because I even have those friends. Bryce is the son of Scott & Jill who are wonderful people and great friends of mine. They moved away a while back, and we don't see much of each other now. However, they were in town last week and let me take some pics of their new baby boy! He is adorable and did great for his first photo shoot!!!

Scott & Jill, thank you so much for trusting me enough to capture some of the first pictures of your baby boy! He is such a precious gift, and I can't wait to watch him grow! I hope you enjoy your sneak peak!

My New Boots!

Ok, pardon the image quality - this picture was taken with my phone in my office. But, this is a very exciting day for me! I just bought my very first (grown up) pair of cowboy boots!!! Now, most people don't know this about me, but I LOVE going to rodeos! I am not sure why or what started it, but it is one of my favorite things to do. And every year, my mom and dad and I, and sometimes my sister and her family, go to the rodeo at the White County Fair. (one of the top county fairs in the nation!) Next week the fair comes to town, and every year, we go to the rodeo, and I always wish I had some boots to wear. Well, my birthday is coming up, so my mom gave me my birthday money early, and this is what I bought........love them!!!

Autumn's Bridals

When is this heat going to end?? We shot Autumn's bridals on Sunday afternoon, out in the hot Arkansas sun, but she did great! I am afraid I would have made a far less graceful bride - sweat and all. I never would have guessed she was hot! We got some really great shots of her in her gorgeous gown.....so pretty. Enjoy!

I think this is one of my favorites.
Autumn loves her Converse tennis shoes. She wanted some shots of her in her dress with them on, and of course, I LOVED the idea. Anything to make your pictures more personal and specific to you!!! These turned out super cute.

Nothing like the fine detailing the a beautiful beaded gown....and some black sneakers. Ha ha!! Autumn, thanks for trudging around in the heat for some great shots. I hope you enjoyed your time, and I hope you love the pictures!

Simon 9 Months

You may remember Simon from several posts ago. I shot his 3 months, and boy has he grown! He looks like such a big boy now! Super cute. He was very interested in the grass this day and only slightly interested in my camera. So, we got lots of fun shots of him playing and having a great time!Pat-a-cake!
Apparently, this is his outside face. Love it!!!

Didn't know if I liked this better in color or...

black and white.

Liz and Scott

Rainy days....in August!! Who would have guessed?!? I never imagined it would be raining when Liz and I planned this shoot, but it was, so we had to scramble for a Plan B. So, we headed to the Capitol building to take some fun indoor shots for her and Scott's engagement session. And, we did end up getting a few outside. Enjoy!!

Colbie & John's Wedding

This past Saturday, I got to tag along as 2nd shooter for my sister at John & Colbie's Wedding. Here some of the fun shots I got! You can check out my sister's blog for more pics from the day! She was one of the most relaxed brides I have ever seen!!!
Father - Daughter dance. I LOVED this shot!!!

This is the bride's niece, Garnett. (hope I'm spelling that right.) She was too cute, but since she can't walk, she couldn't be a part of the ceremony!! So....we had a fun little shoot with her before the wedding. I really loved this look on her face!!!!!
Thanks so much to Christina Anderson of CLA Photography for letting me come along!!!
