I'm still here!

Have no fear! For those of you who check my blog regularly, I just wanted to post a quick note to say that although things have slowed down a bit, I'm still here. I must say, it has been nice to have a little breather! Breaks are always much needed, but I have some great shoots and posts coming up!

Sam Johnston - 3 month pictures on July 21
John & Colbie's wedding - I am 2nd shooting for my sister on August 2.
Heath & Brittney's wedding - August 9
Bryce & Autumn's wedding - October 25

I just took some of Baby Jay at 6 months and will try to have them posted soon. AND, I am getting ready to head to Florida for a few days with 11 of my friends, so of course, while we are down there, much to their chagrin, I will be making them pose for some super fun beach pictures!! So, I can't wait for those!!

I'm also booking now for fall shoots. Fall colors are always a great picture backdrop, so book yours now before I run out of time!

Hunter

Hurry up and beat the rain!!! We took Hunter's senior pictures on Wednesday afternoon, JUST before the rain started. Actualy it started sprinkling as we were getting out of our cars. Prayer is a powerful thing because I prayed for the rain to hold off for 45 minutes and later a friend of mine said she whispered a prayer for no rain, and the rain stopped! And as we were shooting the last shot, it started coming down. Isn't God good??!!

Hunter has been rebuilding this truck and after a long process, had it ready for some great shots. I think it looks great! LOVE the cowboy hat in the next few pictures! Great look, and made for some fun pictures - especially by this old barn!



And, of course, mom wanted a few family shots too, so I thought I would toss this one in so they could have a little sneak peak. Isn't that barn great?!
Hunter, thanks for letting me shoot your senior pictures! They all turned out great, and i can't wait for you to see them all! Congratulations!!!

Brandon

I got to shoot Brandon's senior portraits on Monday. He played football for Conway High, so he wanted some shots around the football field. We also got some pictures with his dad's SUPER COOL car! I love these below.
After the football field, we headed over to the Hendrix campus to grab a few more.

Baby Rhyan

This little cutie is the daughter of one of my co-workers. I have never seen this girl without a bow - and I LOVE her bows!! Here are some sweet pictures I got at her 1 month shoot yesterday. After a few pictures of us just making her down right mad, she finally drifted off, and I snapped away. So precious!**********My Favorite!**********
The ones in front of the black were some of the first we took. She didn't seem to appreciate it, really. But, she got comfy and went right to sleep!
Her nursery was the perfect place for pictures! Very light!! These are a couple of my favorites from in there.

Jonathan and Johnna, thanks for letting me come into your home and share your baby for a few minutes! She is adorable!! Keep the bows coming! Ha Ha!!!

Hobbs Wedding

This is Ashley. I spent Saturday afternoon as a 2nd shooter for my sister at this wedding. Petit Jean Mountain. Gorgeous Weather. Beautiful Lake.....all perfect ingredients for an amazing wedding. Little League Baseball pictures are SO MUCH FUN!!!!!! Yes, it was crazy, but still, so much fun! I took individual shots of each player, and of course, the traditional team shot. But, some of the parents wanted this one, and I love it!! This is a fun idea, and such a fun picture.

Sidni's Tu-Tu Pictures

I have been dying to take some girlie tu-tu pictures!!! This little girl belongs to my cousin, and she is ADORABLE!!!!! With this age, you don't ever know if they will tolerate an itchy tu-tu, or want to rip the beads off, or what......but Sidni LOVED it all!!! She couldn't get enough of the beads, and when we tried to take them off later for a different outfit, she did NOT appreciate it! So, she kept them on! Ha Ha!! Here are some super cute ones from our day, however she looks so cute in them all, it was hard for me to choose just a few. I am sure her daddy will love this!!!! :)
Peek-a-boo!! She is also a girl after my own heart, because she really liked the feather boas!!!

It was hard to keep her still in one place for very long, so I got several of this kind of shot!
