Woo Pig Sooie!!!!!

This past weekend, I got a chance to attend my very first Arkansas Razorbacks game!! SO MUCH FUN!! I know, I know....the level at which they played left a little to be desired. And, it would have been better if we would have won. But, all the same, there is just something about hearing a stadium FULL of people yelling "Woooooooooo....Pig Sooie!!!" that makes a person happy! So, I just wanted to share a few pics from my super fun day!Notice this one is black and white....most of my makeup had melted off by this time of day, so I was looking pretty rough in color!
Erin, here, and her husband Steven were in town for the weekend. They got to share in my first Hogs experience! I am sure they consider themselves lucky! ha ha...
Probably one of the only pictures I have of J.C. not making a crazy face. I HAD to post it!
3 of my dearest friends!! We had tons of fun!

Ethan, Cerra Cathryn, & Brantley

My sister's kids are the cutest in the world!! I know I am probably a little partial, but wouldn't you agree?? I got a new camera and needed to get a little practice in. So, my wonderful sister let me borrow her kids for a little while. But, you can tell by this picture, Brantley didn't have much time to get his picture made. Too busy picking weeds!Cerra Cathryn - not sure what to say about this girl. She is so much like her Aunt Z!! And sometimes that worries me! But she did so good for us this day. After we finally got her into that dress.......Ethan is such a great big brother. And when we can get him to pose, he looks GREAT in pictures. It is just getting him to sit still that sometimes poses a problem! :)
I LOVE Cerra's boots! And, even though she acted like she hated them, I think deep down, she wanted to show them off.....These two are inseperable. They are 13 & 1/2 months apart, and are BEST friends! They sure have their fair share of arguments, but no one will come to one's defense faster than the other one. Kinda reminds me of me and my sister! :)

Sonshine Dance Seniors

These girls have danced together for a VERY LONG time! They wanted to capture some moments for their senior year. And I got the pleasure of taking them! We had a blast. These girls are so much fun! But don't let that elegance fool you! We took a fair share of silly pictures too!!
I LOVE this pose! I took one of each girl. So pretty!

Kelsey, I adore this picture of you! You look so grown up. This is probably one of my favorites from that day!

Not sure why I like this one so much, but it is one of my favorites too!

Haley, thanks for letting me photograph you so much. You did great and your pictures turned out great!!!

This one is also set up as a 10 x 20. One of my favorites as well.....I guess ALL of them are my favorites!! :)

Taylor and Jordan

Taylor and Jordan: my bosses kids and they are amazingly good looking! I LOVE photographing them!! Taylor wanted a few in her dance gear, so I visited her studio after practice one day. We had fun taking these. I wish I could post them all!! I love this one. The faded out color is my new favorite look.

And of course, it is all about the shoes!!
This is set up as a 10 x 20 poster. It is also one of my favorites!! And Taylor sure does dance like nobody's watching!!Jordan, you are such a great looking guy - and so photogenic!!! Thanks for letting me borrow you for a few minutes!! Great practice with such a great model!

Charla's Wedding Day

I was invited to join the wedding party the day of the wedding to record everyone getting ready. This was a fun group and I got lots of great shots. Check out the ones below.

Charla, thanks for letting me be part of your day! I had a blast!!!

Xtreme Dance Force

Sonshine Academy invited me to photograph an awards banquet for the Xtreme Dance Force. Here are a few composites from that. This one is of the "Idols" Dance Team.Taylor LOVES to get her picture taken, and I love taking her picture. She is always ready to pose! Thanks!!
All of the dancers' dads performed an original dance to "Soul Man" - sort of "Blues Brothers" style. VERY entertaining to say the least!

Carter

Carter, you look just like your dad! Such a fun kid. Almost one year old when these were taken.
Deep in thought. In so many of the pictures I took this day, he was very serious. Makes for a good shot, though!

Aiden

My first pictures of such a tiny one. Aiden was 5 weeks old when these pictures were taken, and he was a PERFECT model. No complaints from him!
Mom, Dad, Grandpa, & Grandma are fierce Razorback fans, so of course we had to get this one in!

Trevor & Tyler

These handsome guys were fun to take pictures of. Trevor and that toothles grin - LOVE IT!!! Tyler, you could be a model! This was really my first try at digital photography AND editing - a true learning experience.

Here are a couple collages of the boys. Once again - my first shot at photo layout editing.
